This app was created to help buyers have a clear and precise means to recognize the strengths in people and differentiate one house from another.  A big problem in the buying process is buyers being overloaded with information from multiple sources not knowing what is real and what is not.

This application for IOS and Android explains what qualities one needs to look for in an agent and what makes a quality house that suites the buyers' needs.  By being able to easily keep track of places and people, one can personally rate both while taking a personal reflection of what home ownership and buying means in one's life.
